Stephanie Luccisano-Russo, RN, BS, is the Co-Founder at Pleasant Valley Caregivers, LLC. With over a decade of experience in emergency, maternal, psychiatric, and infusion nursing. She combines clinical expertise with a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. Stephanie’s leadership ensures every client and caregiver experience reflects Pleasant Valley Caregivers’ core values — compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Yesica Santana Torro, RN, BSN is one of our nurses at Pleasant Valley. She is a bilingual nurse and U.S. Army Veteran, Yesica brings more than seven years of experience across hospital, home health, and community-based care. Her background includes progressive care, home health, adult foster care, and health education. She is known for her professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness, Yesica’s leadership ensures Pleasant Valley Caregivers delivers safe, high-quality, and person-centered services to every client and family.
